The clean workshop in the electronics industry is an important place for the production and storage of precision electronic products, therefore, it has extremely high requirements for controlling micro dust and static electricity in the air. In purification engineering, it is necessary to ensure the cleanliness of the production environment through efficient filtration equipment and electrostatic elimination technology to prevent electronic products from being affected by dust and static electricity. The clean production area often adopts the air conditioning form of FFU fan filtration unit, DDC dry cooling coil+MAU fresh air treatment unit. The circulating air in the hundred level production area enters the return air duct and dry cooling coil through the elevated floor peak plate and returns to the static pressure box.
